The Spindler on the picturesque Paul-Linke-Ufer in Kreuzberg serves delicious à la carte brunch and breakfast creations on Saturdays and Sundays between 10 am and 4 pm. The restaurant's ambience is beautiful, and when it is warm and sunny, the idyllic terrace invites you to feast in the sun.

When the weather is less satisfactory, however, the beautiful interior and the cheerful red tables on the dreamy terrace in front of the wide-open windows immediately put you in a good mood and create a holiday atmosphere.

An extensive selection of breakfast and lunch dishes makes the decision challenging. In fact, you would love to try everything, from the poached eggs, either as "Florentine," "Roseline," "Benedict," or "Royale," to the wonderfully fluffy buttermilk pancakes with bacon, fried egg, and maple syrup, to the classic full English breakfast.

The pancakes are, of course, also available in a sweet version, alongside other excellently prepared sweet classics such as porridge, French toast - very delicious served with croissant pain perdu, blueberry compote and thyme Chantilly cream - or granola with grapes, poached plum, yoghurt, honey and fruit sorbet.

The lunch section offers mussels or beef tartare with chips, a delicious pumpkin soup, Caesar salad or "Croque Monsieur" and "Croque Madame". Those who like a full main course will be happy with, for example, Beelitz asparagus with potatoes and hollandaise sauce or "Köfte & Puree".

For a sweet finale, there are cakes and desserts such as the "Gâteau Basque", a Basque shortcrust pastry cake filled with almond cream and black cherry jam, or an airy chocolate chiffon cake with Valrhona chocolate. - To cut a long story short: you won't want to leave!
