Hay Danish design for the world

I always find myself looking for new pieces to decorate my house with - and I must say I really love everything from HAY. Everything is very simple but with a splash of just the right color and a bit humor that makes you smile.

Mette Hay and her husband founded HAY back in 2002. HAY's ambition is to encourage Danish furniture design’s return to the innovative greatness of the 1950’s and 1960’s in a contemporary context. HAY collaborates with the most highly skilled and talented international designers who use new materials and modern technology to create products with enhanced value for the user.

My latest obsession is the simple paper stars; twinkle - in just the perfect colors and the candleholder in copper called: Lup.

HAY is sold in stores worldwide and online but while you visit Copenhagen make sure to visit HAY House at Østergade 61 and discover the beautiful and simplistic way of living.
