.How to get there

Overall I believe that Danish people are a bit obsessed with how there home look even down to the smallest detail. I really love to be surrounded by beautiful and simple things in my house – especially beautiful things with a history.

Georg Jensen was founded in 1904 and the philosophy has always been and still is today to design pieces that are beautiful yet functional. Many pieces in the collection remind me of the 1960’ies – one of the greatest decades in design if you ask me.

At the moment I’m obsessed with Georg Jensen’s copper pieces and I could easily imagine their candleholder and flower vase in my house. If you wish to view the beautiful collections and a great part of Danish design history make sure to visit the Georg Jensen flagship store in the center of kopenhagen at Amagertorv 4.
