.How to get there
If you are out in the old town at lunchtime and like to eat fresh and healthy with the best ingredients, Buffet Kullt at Kulturhaus Helferei offers a homemade lunch. Here, just around the corner from Grossmünster Chapel, the team produces a simple, good meal, with seasonal, regional and market-fresh products - whenever possible in organic quality.
There is always a choice of three menus, which change weekly. For example, Buffet Kullt conjures a nutrient-rich lunch from sweet potatoes and pointed cabbage, parsley, lemons, mandarins and parsnips, white chocolate and hazelnuts, Cicorino Tardivio, grapefruit and apples and walnuts, a filling soup and a salad full of vital substances. On Fridays, there is always a hearty stew. In addition, the guest can order precisely the amount they want.
The team of Buffet Kullt also offers its cooking skills for special events, no matter where. Whether on the mountain or in the valley, at an inn or a castle - the catering is feasible in all regions of Switzerland. Menus are created that combine modern Swiss cuisine with Mediterranean flavours. Uncomplicated and enjoyable.
David Kaldeck, who also runs the popular Saftlade on Marktgasse, shows in his latest pop-up just how iconic a good lunch can be and how creatively good cuisine can be used.
