Whether it's Overnight Oats with yoghurt and granola, fruit and almond butter or an irresistible Açai Bowl, starting the day with fresh ingredients will definitely give you the energy you need. Poké Bowls also combine the culinary delights of Japanese and Hawaiian cuisine. Only fresh and healthy ingredients are used, with just the right amount of protein and carbohydrates. Five simple steps lead to the desired bowl: First, select the preferred protein supplier such as salmon, chicken or planted chicken and tofu, followed by rice or spinach, quinoa or cauliflower rice. All this is then delicately topped with various ingredients such as mango and cucumber, seaweed salad or watermelon. Finally, there is a choice of spicy sauces with wasabi flavour or teriyaki and ponzu lime, topped with a finish of pomegranate seeds or sesame, almond and feta.
