.How to get there
South American vibes in Munich are now available at Daisy Cave on Stachus. The pop-up restaurant will be open until the end of 2024 and welcomes guests in a colourful, pop ambience with fine Mexican-Israeli cuisine and good drinks.
The beauty of restaurants is that many of them not only offer good food but also a mini-break from everyday life. Be it through a special ambience or country-specific cuisine that transports you to other places in terms of taste.
The new pop-up restaurant Daisy Cave at Stachus is such a place. The restaurant, with a two-room concept, offers a dazzling environment with 120 seats in the front spacious area. There, pastel shades meet tropical plants and gaudy art like the opulent mural with the portrait of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo.
The menu at Daisy Cave is similarly hip and casual. The starters, mains and desserts all follow the sharing principle and come from an Israeli-Mexican fusion kitchen in terms of taste. Daisy tapas such as nachos, grilled octopus, and falafel roll are recommended starters.
You should also try one of the tasty vegetarian tacos and quesadillas - with optional toppings such as salmon, lamb or chicken. For lunch, Daisy Cave also serves sandwiches, bowls and salads. A must for dessert: the tres leches cake "ai caramba". The small but delicate menu emphasises creativity with high-quality products.
Signature drinks such as the Mango Jones and San Miguel beer or Spritz variants can be enjoyed in the restaurant area and in the front room of the restaurant called "Baby Daisy".
DJs regularly play there and in the main room, and in summer, the large terrace invites you to linger. In short, the Daisy Cave is a cool place that invites you to take a short culinary trip.
