After years of working for international and local advertising agencies where Kathrine Dam Hastrup has been in charge of developing and managing advertising campaigns she has developed a strong eye for discovering upcoming food, fashion and interior trends. Kathrine was not born in Copenhagen but after living in Sydney and Chicago for several years she decided to live in the capital of Denmark and she has now lived there for more than 10 years.
