Pure Origins Bulgur salad at the Brothers Grimm

Initially I was lured into the S-Bahn arch because of the beautiful interior of the Grimm-Zentrum at HU. But what I found in the display cabinets of the coffee shops made me heart pound: unusual salad creations with bulgur, sandwiches just the way they should be - baked cross and with the most delicious toppings - as well as a big selection of homemade cakes all waiting to be eaten.

My personal highlight was the bulgur salad with chicken. It is filling, healthy and soooo delicious! Also, if you don't know the Grimm-Bibliothek you should definitely take a look at the impressive building designed by architect Max Dudler after your visit at Pure Origins.
