In the Terrasse restaurant, on the other hand, delicate dishes are on the menu for lunch and dinner, such as delicious veal ravioli or tagliatelle with truffle butter sauce together with shaved black truffle.

Steaks in all variations, from juicy entrecote with café-de-Paris butter, served with crispy pommes allumettes and seasonal vegetables, or a fine fillet of beef with young leaf spinach and tomato salsa, will delight every meat lover. Those who like it classic will be happy with a delicious veal meatloaf alongside morels and creamy mashed potatoes.

Of course, the wine list here promises unusual wines through to seasonal specials such as the Blancfumat, a fruity Sauvignon Blanc from Friuli, or the Montagny 1er Cru from Bourgogne, a round Chardonnay from the Château de Daveney.
