France is simply a gourmet's El Dorado, not only because of its haute cuisine but also because of sweet delicacies like macarons and croissants. Therefore a touch of Francaise is virtually a guarantee for tasty desserts. Fittingly, Munich-born Yassine Boukhris has named his patisserie French Touch, which will open at the end of 2021.
In addition to the obligatory croissants and macarons, visitors will find colourful tartlets, melt-in-the-mouth chocolates and a small menu with savoury brunch dishes such as pancakes, Eggs Benedict, salads and French toast.
However, our clear favourites are the cute heart tartlets with pistachio chocolate filling and the round mini apple tart. And best of all, there's variety pretty much every week! "My guests should never get bored with me, but always discover something new that pleases them visually and culinary," explains French Touch owner Yassine Boukhris.
The pastry chef has been in the baking business for over 20 years and has gained experience worldwide. Especially international customers from the beauty and fashion sector such as Dior, Chloé, Chanel and Prada are big fans of his craft. Today, Yassine Boukhris wants to make everyone happy with his French Touch works of art made of dough and icing - and we say: merci beaucoup!
