Some people are snobbish about wine. What to - or what not to drink. I’ll drink any wine. Just serve it and I’m a happy camper. My ’thing’ is ice cream. I do not just eat the ice crème available. In my opinion ice cream needs to be creamy and delicious, just like the gelato you get in Italy. It’s a bit snobbish attitude I’ll admit that. After almost a million trips to Italy I know for sure what ice cream should taste like. And it’s worth waiting for the right one instead of eating a bad one - if you ask me.
Back in year 2000 a small shop called ’Paradis’ opened in Aarhus and soon after the first store opened in Copenhagen. Today there are a total of 50 shops in Denmark and L.A (US) – so you will find a Paradis in all of Copenhagen’s neighborhoods. Paradis philosophy is quite simple. Their ice cream is only made with fresh and natural ingrediences on a daily basis.
The ice cream is low fat because it’s based on milk and not on full fat cream and I love that for two reasons; It stay’s off my hips and it’s way more refreshing and creamy. Visiting Copenhagen during the summertime you have to stop by one of the many little stores in Copenhagen. I’m sure you will love every bite of ice cream or milkshakes.
