.How to get there
The Olympia Stadion in the west of Berlin has been an emotional place since its opening in 1909. Over the time it was constantly influenced by the historical circumstances and didn’t exist in its present form until 1936. Several times it has been the venue of the Olympic Games and other big athletic events.
Even today athletes like Usain Bolt set world records here and fight for gold medals. But also other events like concerts and football matches take place here. The guided tours about different topics are highly recommended and give an opportunity to take a look behind the scenes and learn more about the history.
