HautKultur Taking Beauty to the Next Level

'No vapozone?' was the first thing I wondered when I met Samira, co-owner and founder of cosmetic studio HautKultur that she and her sister Soraya opened in beautiful Pöseldorf. I've grown fond of this little pore steaming device that I was treated with in every parlor so far.

When Samira explained to me that steam actually fluffs your skin to an unnecessary extent, and that deeper skin problems are better off being treated with enzyme masks and peelings, that's when I realized: HautKultur is cosmetic ages ahead.

Stimulant fruit acid peelings, microdermabrasion that gently removes any cornificated skin parts with the help of microscopic crystals and boosts your cellular metabolism, or lipomassages, a patented body toning technique are this salon's signature treatments. All details match and complete each other: even their disposable gloves are not the usual white gloves, but a custom-made purple according to the general color scheme.

Singular gold details on the walls, lamps or the tiles show hints of the beautiful sisters' oriental roots.
