Not even John Frieda in London could make me feel as comfortable and relaxed. The staff is highly professional and considerate, the extensive scalp massage is simply fantastic and the Kérastase care products fill the room with the most tantalising scents. Every now and then the good spirits of the studio provide sustenance by handing out Cafés au Lait, cake, mango smoothies and little health snacks.
