The west side is back! And the famous hairdresser Shan Rahimkhan has dared to take the next step: from his great location at Gendarmenmarkt, he now has entered Kurfürstendamm. And he is bringing his kitchen with him! Never neglecting his philosophy “Beauty comes from within”, he serves everything from breakfast to dinner in Shan’s Kitchen balancing healthy and delicious just right.

From tasty cereals and omelets in the morning, to a protein rich dinner like “Roasted chicken served onions, honey sauce and barberries on green asparagus and eggplant” or “Back of Marocha steak served with roasted pumpkin, mango-ginger sauce and green coriander salsa”, Shan is cooking the finest delicacies at the eyes of his guests.

The interior of the salon matches Shan’s statement “combine beauty with a sense of luxury!” and its many mirrors lead the thoughts to the famous question of the fairy tale of Snow White.
